Everything you need to know before your adventure
We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. The experience involves walking and some physical activity. Avoid loose accessories that could get caught.
The current Krampus & Grinch experience might be a little scary for younger children, but kids are absolutely welcome! It's thrilling and atmospheric with guided supervision throughout—you won't get lost. We recommend ages 6+ with parental discretion. Note: themes change seasonally, so intensity varies. Halloween is spookier than our holiday theme!
Teams of 2-8 people enter together. For groups larger than 8, consider our Group Package which allows for private sessions. Solo adventurers are paired with other guests.
Open Thursday-Sunday, 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (last entry 8:00 PM). Extended hours during peak seasons! We're open year-round with new themes typically running 8-12 weeks. Follow us on social media to catch announcements for upcoming transformations!
Yes! Photos are encouraged at designated spots. However, flash photography may interfere with special effects. Secure storage is available if you prefer not to carry items.
